We had a wonderful stay in Marie-Christine's stunning town house. The accommodation is superb and passed all our expectations. It is spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. This place is what Airbnb is all about, staying in a place that is a home with character and charm. The location is great, within walking distance of everything you’d want to see and on a square full of restaurants so it has a vibrant feel and dinner is never far away! We’d highly recommend a stay here!

This is super accommodation. Great location in the heart of Arles, walking distance to all transport and sights, 50m from the river. Quiet square, many shops and cafes to hand. High spec accommodation in charming old townhouse. Warm even in a cold mistral in January. Brand new kitchen, other facilities top notch. Lovely decor, interesting objects, lots of room. Hosts v kind, personal welcome (met at station, driven to the house) food and drink in kitchen. Perfect base for exploring Provence.

Our hosts, Marie-Christine and Alain, did an exceptional job of welcoming all members of our family. Our group of six arrived at different times and Alain happily made a couple of trips to the train station to drive us to their home. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and many food provisions. Both hosts gave us the tour of the house along with many helpful tips to enjoy the area. They are delightful people whom we all enjoyed meeting! The house is as described and lends itself to a very unique experience. You are staying in a home that is many hundreds of years old but with all the comforts of modern life. The stone stairs are spiral and steep as the house is narrow but tall. We did find the house to be quite cool at night but there is a heater in the ground floor bedroom and central heating as well. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortably seats six. The terrace is private, very nicely furnished and decorated with plants so it is a natural gathering spot for a meal or a glass of wine. The location is perfect being right beside the main tourist area but conveniently surrounded by authentic restaurants, grocery stores, cheese shops and a bakery. I highly recommend this experience to all those who are looking for a step back in time.

A wonderful place to stay that I can't recommend highly enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Arles. Huge spacious house with eclectic and attractive decoration and knick-knacks, and a terrace next to the kitchen that's great for meals. The location is as central as you could want, without being noisy. We had a warm welcome to this fantastic old city.

We were welcomed beautifully by a friend of the host. She explained everything very well (in French), and was happy to help us find a (free) place to park our car. Our family of 5 had lots of room to spread out in this charming home, and felt very comfortable there. Arles is a perfect sized town to serve as a home base while exploring Provence--it's easy to get around, there are many wonderful restaurants, and the markets are great. The welcoming merchants in the charming square where the apartment is located helped make us feel right at home. We would recommend this place to anyone.
