Fantastic place to stay in Prague! It's actually a hotel, so as long as you're down with that it is exceptionally clean and comfortable, well located, and breakfast was nice, too!
Perfect stay, impeccable room, fully working wifi, we spent five days and would totally recommend it.
We are non-smokers and we specially valued that the room was completely free of any smoke traces. Its not easy to find smoking free spaces in Prague.
Go for it!
Saludos.
There was a small mix up at the beginning but the friendly staff sorted it out for us and we had a great time. Thanks.
We would definitely stay again.
We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Court Hotel in Prague. The hotel has a great location (8 minute walk from the closes metro station, and 15 minute walk to the cities main street, which you can also acces through metro). The neighborhood is very safe and pretty, plenty of restaurants at walking range. In addition, there is a drug store, an exchange house, and a mini market nearby. The hotel is very nice, and the room was super clean, comfortable, and with a great bathroom. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to enjoy Prague.
Dear Rene, I am touched by your kind feedback) I hope, that your time in Prague was great and you have a lot of enjoyable memories from this beautiful city) I have passed your nice words to my staff - they were very pleased to hear it) Wish you all the best and hope to see you again! )
Royal Court hotel was a decent stay, you get what you pay for, which was $35 a night for us. Breakfast was mediocre with loud house music and the front desk staff were very helpful and nice when it came to suggestions and ordering a cab. During our stay, an evacuation alarm went off which was apparently caused by someone smoking in their room. Not too sure what their protocol is when it comes to situations like that, but we were still a little concerned about heading back to our room as it didn't seem anyone came to check the building (i.e. Fire Marshall) My husband and I were under the impression that we were getting one full/queen sized bed but ended up with two twins.
Dear Beverly, thank you for leaving such a sincere and informative review. I am very sorry for any inconviniences, that may have occured during your stay. I want to assure you, that once the alarm went off the building is checked by the machine and in case of any problems, the fire marshall comes to check the hotel. We are highly concerned about security of our guests. I hope, that you had wonderful time explorying Prague :) Cheers!
Not exactly what we booked wholehouse/apartment became bedroom wth ensuite reception were very abrupt and not at all flexible to our query about booking Positives clean
Negatives staff and a misrepresentation of actual booking
Dear Clive, thank you for taking your time and leaving a review. ) I am sorry for the misunderstanding that may have occurred while your booking. However, I am happy that you got a chance to enjoy a stay in a hotel, so in future you could also enjoy our apartments with a special discount for our returning guests) I will appreciate, if you could comment on my staff. We are trying to do our best to improve the quality of services. Hope, that you spent nice time in Prague! Cheers!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. First off all Elena was so helpful for reservation and booking a taxi from airport to hotel. Hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly answered all of my questions and helped to find my way to places in Prague. Also the breakfast was fine for me. And the most important, room was so clean and comfortable. There's always a wi-fi connection. If you plan to go to Prague i can highy recommend you to stay in Royal Court.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Dear Linda! Thank you for your lovely review! I am touched with your kind words) At your convenience, could you please write me your notions and suggestions about the breakfast? I would appreciate that. Unfortunately, parking in the center of Prague could be difficult, as all the building are historical and some of them are only reconstructed for garages. Overall, I hope that your stay was enjoyable and I will be happy to see you here again!!
