Welcome to the Gîte du Fournil
In Lavernose-Lacasse, at the gates of Toulouse, regional capital of Midi-Pyrénées and 5 minutes from Muret, city of Clément ADER, pioneer of aviation, Daniel and Solange welcome you to the Gîte du Fournil.
A relaxing environment, a beautiful region, a welcoming structure made for you to be here, as if you were at home… with family. Electricity is charged beyond 8 kW per day.
The space
The accommodation structure of the rural gîte consists of five independent, fully equipped mobile homes, spaced sufficiently apart to preserve the tranquility of each. You will stay here in a large green space, quiet and in the shade of a magnificent oak grove.
Each mobile home furnished as tourist accommodation is air-conditioned and has a comfort suitable for hosting one to four people for one night, a weekend or a stay of eight or fifteen days and of course for a vacation stay.
On the activities side, Solange informs you that she practices Nordic walking! Perfect activity for the body and mind… so, if you like it or want to try it, consider coming with suitable equipment to be able to follow her.
Here, tourism is king! Visit Carcassonne and the Cathar castles, Toulouse the "Pink City" and the historic city of Nougaro and the Count of Toulouse, the Space City, the Canal du Midi, the Mas-d'Azil cave, the Gers department, its heritage, its cuisine, its traditions, not to mention the splendid Pyrenees mountain range, just 1 hour away, the lakes, the national park, walks in the forest, mushrooms, fishing… and Spain which borders the Haute-Garonne department.

Description of the interior of our 5 Mobile Homes:
1 total area of approximately 28 m2.
1 main room composed of a living room with corner sofa 4/5 seats, 4 chairs, 1 folding table for 2/4 people, 1 TV.
1 kitchenette area open to the living room comprising 1 fridge freezer (2 doors), 1 microwave, oven, 1 4-burner gas stove, 1 range hood, top and bottom storage containing dishes and various utensils, sink. Coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board.
1 bedroom with double bed of 140 cm, small wardrobe, small storage.
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm, small wardrobe, small storage.
1 bathroom including shower, sink, toilet.
1 reversible electric air conditioning system (hot/cold) with individual remote control. Beyond 8 kW/day, electricity is charged.
