The Annex is a trendy, affluent residential community loaded with restaurants, pubs and boutiques. It is home to many theatres, art galleries and unique cafes and venues. The Annex is one of Toronto's oldest neighbourhoods and is characterized by its distinctive tall narrow houses. This lively community along Bloor Street is well known by Torontonians as one of the friendliest neighbourhoods in the city.
This apartment is centrally located in one of the hippest areas Toronto has to offer, walking distance to great attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, major super markets, health food stores, museums, theatres, cafes, boutiques, and cinemas. For some healthy eats try Fresh by Juice For Life. You can grab yourself a fresh juice, a grain bowl or a wholesome smoothie and then watch a film at The Bloor Street Cinema, a century-old, independent movie theatre that often features classic favourites in addition to current box office hits.

We loved our stay at Nedia's. Everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood is a lot of fun with what seemed like hundreds of places to eat, lots of fun bars and stores and the subway is a very short walk away. Nedia is very quick to get back to you and was a great host. Thanks!
We had a great stay at Nedia's place. Everything was super clean and confortable. We loved all the little design details chosen with taste.
It's located on a quiet street, close to lots of stores, cafés and restaurants. Dealing with the key was very simple. It was like being in a cute hôtel room with a human touch.
I had a really good time at Nedia's place. Everything was fine except maybe for the size of the room, which I was expecting to be a bit bigger. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the place. Thumbs up for the Nespresso!!!
The apartment is very well located, pretty and fonctional. We enjoyed our stay in Toronto and I really recommend that place.
Nadia is a nice host and it is easy to have contact with her.
The room was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The off-street parking is perfect if traveling with a vehicle. This is an excellent option for anyone visiting Toronto.
This is a fabulous little place - great for 1 person. Lovely neighborhood in spite of the frat houses... lots of great cafes and restaurants, great shopping, and central to pretty much everything. Nice and quiet for the most part. I particularly appreciated the host's leaving out of this terrific yummy granola bars.
We had a very positive experience with Nedia and the apartment. We found everything to be as described, and the process of communicating was easy and professional. We'd highly recommend this place!
