Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The room was perfectly comfortable. The bottles of water in the mini-Fridge were welcome and the coffee machine was very cool as well. The shaded pool was a great place to relax and catch up on email, read, or visit. Good location between Lamar and Congress in South Austin. Kerry was a delightful host and made sure I had everything I needed from directions, to house rules, and reminders prior to the trip.

  • Such a peaceful place and the bed and covers just resembled what a cloud would feel like. Would love to go back sometime. Kerry was a great host, she went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable. A yogi heaven!

  • It was so nice to book with Airbnb, and our experience in our little Austin getaway was perfect!

  • Kerry had a very nice place. Clean room and comfortable bed. Beautiful backyard with a swimming pool, pretty trees, and bamboo.

I didn't get to meet Kerry because of our conflicting and busy schedule, but things still worked out great. She contacted me by phone to make sure that I was okay and suggested places for me to visit.

  • My stay at Kerry's little Austin Oasis was just what I needed for a weekend away! The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to separate myself from it to get out and enjoy Austin. The bathroom was perfectly equipped with Aveda products. I felt like I was at a salon showering after my day at Barton Springs with my friends. When I did get out I was in the perfect location to get anywhere I needed. It just so happened my friends I met there were staying a few blocks away! So ideal. Kerry was extremely open and communicated with me before, during and after my stay. She always kept me in the loop about what amazing events were going on. I was even able to share two glorious breakfasts with Kerry and her friends. I am still craving those eggs and the special coffee drink! Thank you again Kerry for everything! I wish I hadn't ended my stay one day early. I was missing it as soon as I arrived home.

  • this is my 2nd time to stay here and it was better than the first, which i didn't think was possible.
1st of all, i finally scheduled a massage this time and it was THE MOST LOVING AND HEALING massage i've received in my life. if kerry is available for an appointment, make it with her. your body and mind will thank you for it.
2nd of all, her new bed she put into the EPS room is even more amazing than the 1st one and the shower head is heaven.
Also, I love that she puts all Aveda products in the bathroom to use, and has EVERYTHING you could ever need or want or forgot.
Jasper her kitty is very sweet and Kerry is very genuine and open. She makes you feel very special and important and gives a great hug too.
Once again, this won't be my last time there, the tranquil and calm atmosphere is heaven. RENEWAL of mind, body, soul is the best way to explain EPS.

  • Kerry was a spectacular host. Her space is truly an oasis and the setting feels very private. I especially loved the pool and felt like it was our own getaway. Kerry was gracious and made us feel very comfortable. She made the yummiest breakfasts along with the best coffee.. I highly reccommend Eat, Pray, Stay. Super convenient to everything we wanted to check out in Austin as well.

  • This was a lovely place to stay! Very private, comfortable, and peaceful. Kerry was very welcoming and provided an abundance of amenities (shampoos, lotions, bug spray, breakfast...)! The pool area was such a nice retreat from the heat and bustle of the city. The B&B was also in a great part of the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Austin!

  • We couldn't have asked for a more gracious and accommodating host than Kerry. Even though she was away for the weekend we were visiting, she was always available through email or text to answer our questions and to give us great dining and entertainment tips. Her house is so serene and meditative, which was exactly what I was looking for. The pool area especially was so beautiful and relaxing. Kerry and her beautiful home really made our road trip to Austin perfect. Oh--and we found the location of her home extremely close to popular "hot spots" in Austin. You can't go wrong staying here!

  • Kerry's space was truly welcoming, beautiful and restful!! We enjoyed the bamboo forest and quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was also close to many outdoor and city attractions.

Thank you to our wonderful hostess and I would absolutely recommend Eat, Pray, Stay to any one.

I love creating sacred space wherever I go, especially at home. I love drumming passionately. The djunduns are my fave. I love eating bright colors, especially my raw cultured vegetables. I love listening deeply - to the sunrise, to the wind, to my dear ones. I love studying Nature. I love sitting in a circle of friends. I love harmonizing, especially with my mother on a road trip out West, to Simon & Garfunkel. I love remembering. I love encouraging people to take safe risks. You don't really know me until you've seen me dance. Yes, that's an invitation....let's boogie!
