The room has four single beds with a romantic few over the water. The lovely bathroom is new, big and clean and even has a bath.

The house is just 7 years old, well isolated, no noise from outside. There is natural swimmingwater around the corner, a sailingschool and across the street there is one of the most exclusive design furniture stores of Amsterdam.
Fridge, microwave/oven, toaster and hairdryer are available in the room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (1 km.), as well as lunchrooms, supermarkets, bakery, butcher and other shops. One cafe/restaurant is just around the corner, very cozy with a view on the water.

All in all it was totally fine. We didn't interact much with the host, but she (Michaels girlfriend) seemed nice and answered all our questions. The room itself is ok for a night or two if you don't expect anything special. I'd recommend it to anyone who is just looking for a place to crash.
This accommodation is well situated, just a few minutes by tram from the center. We were really satisfied with the service, everything was clean and the breakfast was really tasty. We were just a bit cold because the heating didn´t work but I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
Michael responds quickly and is a very friendly host! I enjoyed chatting with him over a coffee that he had invited me to.
The room was actually smaller than it seemed on the pictures and it was a not so cosy to have breakfast on a miniature table sitting on the beds.
But we had everything we needed and it was very clean.
The connection to the city centre via tram is very comfortable and the rooms are located in a nice neighbourhood.
Check-Out lässt sich relativ flexibel vereinbaren.
We had a great time at Michael's! He was an amazing host, explained everything to us and made sure we felt welcome! Everything was clean and really nice! It only took us 12 minutes to geht to the City center which was faster than we thought! All in all our stay was really great and I would love to stay there again!
