Welcome to our nice and new apartment in Pula!
Our apartment is composed of: two bedrooms, bathroom, fully furnished kitchen and living room. It's equipped with: LCD TV (acquired after photo session), stereo, satellite, DVD player and air condition. You will have also your own parking place and small garden with barbecue.
We are 5 km from the beach and 10 min walk from the center of Pula. Supermarket, caffè bar, restaurant, butcher's shop and bakery are nearby.
Pula is a large regional centre with a wealth of Roman ruins to explore. The highlight is a remarkably well preserved Roman amphitheatre - Arena that dominates the town centre and is often the scene of concerts and shows.
The coastal waters offer beaches, fishing, wreck dives to ancient Roman galleys and World War I warships, cliff diving, and sailing to unspoiled coves and islands large and small. It is possible to track dinosaur footprints on the nearby sea shores.
The Brijuni group of islands (near Pula) are the exception and great for a day-trip. The Istrian continent is even more inviting with small Toscana like places, such as Motovun, Grožnjan, Labin etc.
Interaction with Guests
Whenever needed, we are available on the phone, but since my mum lives upstairs, also some instructions on what city offers is available :)
Our neighbours are usually quiet and minding their own businesses.
Usual stuff like being a bit more quiet after midnight, not destroying things, leaving the appartment as it was found. Warming the watter during the night might save some electricity, and please park on the parking place of the appartment. Figs in the garden are not to be eaten, since it's a wild sort! Push the swing tight with one hand to the ground if kids are being avanturous in order to prevent unexpected flights ;)
