The property is located east of the artist village Maglehem between Åhus and Kivik. Juleboda long sandy beach with its fine sand, open sea and eel huts is very beautiful and sunny summer days can be enjoyed in the sun lounger. The beach just about 200 meters from the farm is relaxing to walk by all year round.
