Interaction with Guests
My studio and small shop is located on Gedera #8 st.
I teach and sell crochet carpets, and other fashion objects.
You are very welcome to have a cup of coffee/tea, and hear some of my recommendations that will make you feel very local.
Just ask me for recommendations, I would love to share it with you, we live herer too (near by).
There are so many good restaurants around us, for any budget, just let me know which.
Special fashion design shops, kids activities (we have a 3.5 years old...so we know the drill).
///And a bit about car rentals...
recently, we had few guests that had to face the problem of shatered car windows...usually your rental insurance does not cover that, and it happens quite a lot- so, its realy easy to rent a car here, only for the days you need one. at around a basic price of 129 Shekels/day.
If you do rent a car- do not leave anything in it.
Note- its very easy to get from Tel-aviv to Jerusalem on a service bus from here...do not rent a car fot that reason...the parking tickets will be quit expensive..
Other Things to Note
one small note! but important one...
please ask any taxi driver in the city to run his meter for the price, AND a receipt! this is the only way we can track something that is unfortunately lost during your ride...
just do not smoke in the rooms.there's plenty of room in the garden for that.
Чудесное место. Расположение замечательное . Рынок отличный. Все что надо для жизни, рядом ... Сад .. Нам понравилось.
Tair is a really great and wonderful host. She was alway present and helpful also for our special wishes. I stayed at the bigger funky room with my mother and all was fine. The place is very nice and relaxing, the way to the beach and to bars and nice restaurants is short. I highly recommend this place!
What an amazing time in Tel Aviv we had !!! It's hard to be back. Tair's place is fantastic and definitely played a big part on how great our time there was. It is homy, confortable, and very clean! The garden is so cute and cosy! The location is unbelievable, so close to the market to get fresh food every morning, and very short walking distance to the beach, and on the same road there is a couple of really nice place for drinks and food. We couldn't ask for something better! Next time i'm in Tel Aviv I know where to book!
The room and facilities were very comfortable and clean, although you do have to share the bathroom and kitchen. The atmosphere is very congenial and relaxing. The location is near or in the middle of the Yemenite Quarter, and the Carmel Market is within a few meters of the rooms. Access to public transportation and taxis is virtually right outside the door (on Allenby Street). As for the hostess, Tair, she is very pleasant and gracious, and readily available to answer any questions you might have about your stay in Tel Aviv. I had the opportunity of talking with her, and truly found her to be an amazing person. But, keep in mind, this is not a hotel, so if you are expecting hotel services, then you might be disappointed. I have no hesitation in recommending Gardinin as a place to stay, and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Tel Aviv.
The płace is bery well located and cosy. Tair is excellent host- very very helpful! We will come back!
