One bedroom has a super comfy king bed--2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The home is about 700 sq feet in size total

Guest access
Entrance is at the rear of the home by the parking lot and is marked "D" Key-less entry LockState lock. Feel free to arrive anytime after check in at your convenience. Code will be given to you the day of your arrival. You will press the symbol then enter the code and it will unlock. Press just the symbol to lock it back. 2 reserved off street parking spots. The two spots will be the second to last two on the right as you come down the driveway. They are marked 22 D on the fence in front of the parking spots .

I am a property manager and real estate broker living the dream here in the land of sunshine and happiness. . I live in the heart of downtown nearby and never cook at home so I know first hand about all the great restaurants and bars that will make you want to come back again. I like the low key beach at Sullivan's Island and paddle boarding on Shem Creek. I attended the Airbnb Open conference in Paris and Los Angeles and have been a Superhost for as long as that has been around. I am also a member of Vacation Rental Managers Association. I am happy to answer any questions and provide great guidance about Charleston. I am a cheeseburger fanatic and sort of play guitar but go to concerts as much as I can so check out my suggestions in my guidebook.
