This light and bright non-smoking condo has been remodeled from head to toe! Conveniently located in town close to shopping, restaurants and the shuttle to the mountain. This main floor unit sleeps 4 comfortably however a 5th person can squeeze in, there is a queen bed, 1 roll out & the couch converts to 2 twin beds. I have tried to make this unit different than the other rentals you may find in Mammoth with a bit of a contemporary remodel. I hope you love it! 2017 POOL IS CLOSED DUE TO REMODEL
When I purchased this unit in early 2015 it had not been touched since the late 70's. When I did the remodel I tried to make it a bit different than the normal Mammoth Lakes Rental. I put personal touches in the unit that you would see in my own home here in Long Beach. I wanted to make it a functional place to stay yet visually pleasing and a bit contemporary, I do hope you like it and want to come back again!
I feel that the property offers tremendous bang for your buck but with the good comes a bit of negative. I like my guests to be very happy and book knowing everything about the property. The biggest drawback I can find when I stay there personally is due to the age of the building you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around sometimes. I know you cannot find another unit that offers the upgrades and space as my unit however I like to be transparent on my properties so that I do not get a negative review about something I cannot control. As a side not the entire complex is starting to go through an exterior renovation in late 16 early 17 so it will look fresh and contemporary! That being said I do think you will love the space, area and convenience to everything in town and I do hope you consider staying at my home.
The entire home is yours to use. The storage closet in the kitchen is locked however as it contains supplies for future guests. The keys to the Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna are inside the front door. There are also laundry facilities steps away.
