Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This home was recently updated with new appliances and paint. It’s right in the heart of fox 🦊 run and Patricia island is close! New grill, covered patio and each bedroom has a private bath and large closet area. Television in 3 rooms and a sun room for bird watching and a glimpse of the water.
Plenty of parking in a very quiet retirement neighborhood with no traffic. Great to relax, walk, or just enjoy

2 king bedrooms and a fold out couch. Open concept. Modern farmhouse cozy and quiet space.

Guest access
There is a large drive with plenty of space to park. Not far from Patricia island and right in the middle of the nicest quiet neighborhood on the lake. End of a road like country living.

Other things to note
This is a very quiet neighborhood with retired executives. Great for a walk, run, or watching wildlife. Not a party cove or loud noise neighborhood.
