The archectiture of this home speaks for itself, it’s a newly built contemporary home with lots of unique amenities including an outdoor sauna and hot tub placed on a beautifully hardscape patio. Nestled between the mountains and river in a quiet community with nearby access to hiking, biking, cross country skiing, etc. This 4-Story Home offers 2 bedrooms, common spaces, 2.5 bathrooms and the opportunity to rent as a whole or partial depending on the size of your group.

The space
Huston Brook Retreat can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, it offers high speed internet and heat pumps throughout! Upon entering, the main floor presents an open concept kitchen, dining and living space featuring a propane Jotul stove for cozy evenings. A half bath is also located on the main floor. On the lower level, the daylight basement provides access to the newly built patio where you'll find the hot tub and sauna. This space also has a ping pong table, lots of games and a futon which serves as additional sleeping quarters.

The primary bedroom, office and full bathroom is located on the second floor. This bathroom offers a walk in tile shower, radiant flooring and washer/dryer. The spaces mentioned above are suitable for 2 people and can be booked without adding the third floor.

The third floor will be added when the booking exceeds two guests. This space is essentially a penthouse apartment with everything you need including a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, dish ware, etc. It's an open concept space with a Queen bed, futon, full bathroom and a small porch to soak up nature's beauty.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.

If there are two guests or less, they will not have access to the third floor. It will be locked. Otherwise, they may access the entire home.
