This cozy 1925 Craftsman beach bungalow is a 2 bedroom vacation home just a few blocks from downtown and the bay. It is ideal for 2 couples or a small family of 4. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
Minimum age requirement to book is 21. We try to keep current photos of each room, however occasionally some of the furniture and decorations may change.

The space
Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. There is one bathroom (shower only, no tub). The front porch has seating and is a great space to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the small fenced-in yard garden. There is also a lovely patio area in the back, assessable through the back bedroom door, that has a BBQ, outdoor shower for rinsing off, and a patio table with umbrella.
There is a flat screen Roku Smart TV in the living room with a few local channels, DVD, and wireless internet access.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for your cooking pleasure.

Be advised that there are 2 living spaces on the property and the back studio area is reserved for use by the Hosts. Please respect their privacy.
We keep our bungelow very clean but we assure you are taking extra care to disinfect.
We are also requiring a 3 night minimum stay, for holidays, at our weekend rate, including Cal Poly graduation weekend.

Guest access
Guests access is self check-in through the code via keyless entry on the front door. We will send you the code on the day of your arrival. We have a backyard patio accessible from the back bedroom and front driveway gate. There is patio furniture, BBQ grill, and an outdoor beach rinse off shower.
Laundry room is reserved for Host use only. A local laundromat is 2 blocks away on Monterey Ave.

Other things to note
Our downtown neighborhood is quiet, with a mixture of family and part-time residents. Downtown shops, restaurants, and the Bay are just a few blocks away. You can hear the birds and seals by day, and the fog horn at night.

We are not responsible for items guests leave behind. However, we will do our best to notify you if we do find something. Otherwise, items will be donated.
