  • Our stay in Ross's apartment was fantastic. The space is cozy and perfect for stopping in for quick breaks between adventures in the city. Didn't get to meet Ross in person, but everything was well organized and he quickly replied to my inquiries via text. The only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't open yet (we came in April). Hopefully we'll be back to stay when it is open!

  • This could not have been more delightful. The apartment was immaculate, cleverly designed and comfortable. The location was terrific. Ross was an excellent communicator and the 24-hour desk in the building's lobby made check-in and check-out a flexible breeze. What doesn't get touted enough about this apartment is the awesome pool and OUTDOOR hot tub on the 27th floor that guests have access to. The combination of cold air, hot tub and smashing views of skyscraper tops was a ton of fun. This was my first Airbnb experience and it was a winner.

  • Ross' apartment was beautiful. Clean, organized, warm, and best location in Chicago! Very easy to check in/out with front desk service. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ross!!

  • Place was neat and tidy, and the top deck/pool is amazing. Location was also super handy. Ross was helpful in getting us settled.

  • We had a great experience in Ross' downtown Chicago apartment. The building and unit are modern, and the location is perfect for all of Chicago's top attractions.

  • The apartment was clean and big enough for us. Well located in Chicago, everything is at walking distance. It was very easy to get the key at our arrival, Ross answered fast at our answers. Great place! Highly recommended!

  • I've never met Ross, but he was a great communicator via text and Airbnb messages. His apartment was clean, in a nice neighborhood with walkable restaurants, bars, and Do-Rite Donuts (amazing). It's also super close to transit. The building's lobby decor is a bit funky/weird/garish, but there is free coffee and tea and it's clean and well-lit. Even though all of the days I booked didn't work out and I had to leave early, he was fair and gave us a partial refund.
