Property was Really Clean and owner of property was very responsive to any inquires and questions.
Very Conveniently located ( close to CVS and markets)
Up to 16 people were able to sleep !!
You will not regret for renting this Place for big Group !!
I stayed at Squaw Lodge for a weekend with five friends for a Tough Mudder event. The place was more than accommodating with enough beds to sleep 13 people., And at a very reasonable price. There was plenty of firewood on stock for us to keep warm ad the place retained heat very well on a night where it was down in the 30s. The proximity to Squaw Resort made it easy to get good food, and it was far enough from Northstar meant we didn't have to compete with other Tough Mudder competitors for dinner reservations. All in all a great stay. Recommended to anyone looking for a getaway in North Lake Tahoe for any reason.
SquawLodge was a great vacation house! The location is perfect, the house was nice. Dealing with AirBNB was great. We accidentally locked ourselves out of one room and they were willing and ready to get a locksmith late at night to help us out!
The house is well stocked with necessary items. Everything was clean and functioning just as indicated on the website.
Thank you for providing this home for rent.
Our group of 12 adults stayed at Squawlodge for a long weekend in August while attending a family wedding and all the associated festivities for the wedding. Our location was perfect for all of the events. Tahoe couldn't have been more amazing - absolutely beautiful! Squawlodge accommodated all of us very nicely with the 3 full size bathrooms and all of the king and queen beds, loft, 3 bedrooms, separate appt., and particularly the amazing Great Room. The Great Room enabled all 12 of us to visit together so comfortably. We had breakfast at Squeeze In two mornings in a row (a recommendation from Angelica) - delicious and they were able to accommodate large parties quickly. We appreciated the WiFi access - had a little trouble accessing the Direct TV, but we did eventually get that too. We were able to find the community trash depository easily from the instructions in the manual. Thank you Angelica and Nick for being such gracious hosts and so accessible for back and forth communication, answering questions, etc. We had an amazing weekend! We have memories for a lifetime. We would recommend Squawlodge for anyone wanting to enjoy Lake Tahoe. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Lake Tahoe in the future.
It was awesome experience, the house was close to everything, Tahoe city is 10 minutes away, we did river rafting, ziplining and just relaxing at the beach and the house. The house is perfect for large parties.
Squawlodge was in a perfect location for our adventures in Squaw Valley. It is very spacious and we comfortably slept about 10 people there for 5 nights. We had a couple small issues with the phone line, DSL, and the trash, but overall, it was a great stay and we would love to return!
We recently stayed at Squaw Lodge for 4 days and 3 nights. The place is perfect for a large family with a dog. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable for my family - 4 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby and 1 dog. The great room was perfect for hanging out with everyone and there is a deck off the great room that my dog could hang out and sunbathe on. The location of Squaw Lodge is also fantastic - close to the beaches in Tahoe City, 5 minute walk to a bike and jogging path, and close to the Village at Squaw. Angelica, the host, is very communicative and easy to get a hold of with questions or concerns. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Big house. Nice big "great room" for cooking, dining and conversation for a big group. Location is right in Squaw Valley area.
Great amount of space for a friends weekend. Great location for exploring Tahoe.
