Otherwise, we live 5 minutes away and respond on a dime if you need anything.
Our guests love this neighborhood due to its proximity to great restaurants, cafe's, the public library, a foreign films theater, gas station, grocery store and drug store.
Walkers, runners and bikers love the routes through the beautiful streets with towering oaks and friendly neighbors.
Our cultural center, Severance Circle is 5 minutes driving time away. Here are our symphony hall, art museum, natural history museum, botanical garden, Case Western Reserve University and our esteemed hospitals, The Cleveland Clinic & University Hospital.

Brooks was very accommodating to my specific needs, and responded within minutes to each request or inquiry. The house had a very cozy feel to it and having friends and family over to visit was convenient and comfortable. My family enjoyed the trip more because of this and won't soon forget the good times we had while visiting Cleveland. The best kind of accommodations are the ones that add to the experience's overall mood and for us it was like going home again.
The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and conveniently located near my favorite neighborhood in Cleveland; Coventry.
Brooks' attention to detail made it easier for me to make my choice and it showed in the property. It's very clean and efficient, and it has the charm and atmosphere of a home, rather than a place to put your suitcases. I look forward to booking with Brooks again in the future. I'd recommend this property to friends, family, and fellow airbnb'ers.
The place as exactly as advertised. The host very good and very supportive in all respects.
Brooks is a very efficient host! He is very used to accomodate people, so he will know exactly what you'll need. My colleagues were very confortable during their stay.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Brooks and Mika were friendly and responsive.
Reserved a different house but was told that there was a "mix up" so ended staying in one that was not our first choice. Internet did not work but to Brooks's credit, he replaced the wireless router within 24 hours. Also our plane was diverted so we arrived at midnight but he met us at the door despite the late hour.
The stay hosted by Brooks got off to a rocky start. Due to logistics I ended up having to switch properties after the first night, and the first residence Brooks provided was a disappointment (virtually empty house, the power went out when both AC units were turned on, and there were practically no linens). So I approached the second property a little apprehensively, however, I was pleasantly surprised. At this apartment I spent the rest of my stay and it was comfortable, cozy, had new remodeling features/appliances, and was generally well appointed. Brooks was helpful throughout and I'd definitely return here again.
Note: the apartment i stayed at isn't listed on airbnb at this time

About the Host, Brooks
From our years as landlords, my wife, Mika and I have made our places home for hundreds of people; we love the friendships that we have created and we love taking care of people. We are very health oriented, we eat organically, we have a beautiful vegetable garden and we are very physically active; Mika is a yoga instructor, 2 kids are college athletes and 1 kid is a wilderness guide.
We feel that we have created wonderful spaces at our properties, and, influenced by what we were hearing from transplant families, we felt that we would like to provide healing, healthy and comfortable spaces, on a short term basis for anyone attracted to what we've created. We do this FULL TIME. Our guests include lots of Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital people, both patient families as well as md's, people between houses / jobs, film makers, travelling nurses, visitors, etc.
If we can't help you in time, we will refer to our comrades.
