OCEAN VIEW - when you go through my front door guaranteed! This is a listing for a ROOM not the whole house.
A unique special place close to everything, Bars, restaurants, park, dog park, public transportation, YOGA by the beach, and the bldg is 75 feet from the beach! Long Beach is also where THE QUEEN Marys is. The Aquarium of the Pacific is nearby. Museum of Latin here too. Pets allowed but extra fees.

This is a 24 unit Bldg in the heart of Long Beach. My condo has a view of the water when you enter the living room. I live by myself and my 1 small dogs (they stay in a kennel in my room) for safety. I have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests have their own bathroom by the hallway. We share the kitchen, living room and patio. The beach is across the bldg so most of the activities are there but there's a lot of bars, restaurants and park within walking distance from me. PLEASE always check messages.

The listing is for a BEDROOM with its own bathroom by the hallway. The bedroom is in a condo near the water. I am next room, my dad is by the kitchen and the kitchen is shared too, living room and patio. The beach is across the bldg so most of the activities are there but there's a lot of bars, restaurants and park within walking distance from the condo.
PLS respect people around the condo complex.

During your stay
I can answer questions by text or in person if I am around. NO Smoking of any kind pls.
There are so many things to see and do around, please enjoy all of them.
PLEASE NO SMOKING inside the unit - I am allergic and have sensitive nose.

There's a fine of $200 for lost keys and garage opener.
Respect the neighbors pls and surroundings.
NO SHOES INSIDE THE UNIT PLS
Pls make sure to close the doors quietly.

There's a fee of $200 for LOST KEYS AND GARAGE DOOR OPENER. Pets are allowed with fees. My dad stays with me during weekdays.
