Hopewell House is a gorgeous property in Lagro, IN. A perfect place for a family gathering, long weekend, or a place to unplug! This 1880s home has been restored to its original glory with original wood floors, trim and brick interior. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a finished basement and finished attic with a 6th bed and provides space for 12-16 guests. The home features spacious rooms with 10 foot ceilings new bathrooms and has been completely remodeled. It’s a new house in an old shell!

The space
The home has been completely restored and has all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC while still keeping its charm as an 1880’s brick home. The space has 3 common areas to gather, 5 bedrooms and a wrap around porch! There is also a spacious yard and plenty of parking. Adorned with beautiful chandeliers and perfect finishing touches.

Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire house! There is even a washer and dryer, outdoor grill and fire pit available for your use. The rental is for the entire home.

Other things to note
The home is located within walking distance to a breakfast cafe, bar and grill, ice cream parlor and also Wabash River walking trail and the river access is just south of the house. There is a community playground close by and the Salamonie state forest is about 5 miles south of the property. There is a spacious yard and also a beautiful wrap around porch as well.
We are 10 minutes from Wabash, IN and 45 minutes from Fort Wayne. Wabash County has many shopping, restaurant and recreational opportunities and is a beautiful place to visit.
