SUNRISE/SUNSET is one of the few places in the world where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, over the ocean right in front of your home. Stunning OCEAN FRONT 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Condo newly renovated with attention to the finest details. Step off the expansive deck ONTO the beach, watch whales from bed, or walk 15 yards to the Palapa pool and restaurant - this unit has it all! Question is, where will you sit to watch your sunrise and sunset over the ocean in front of you on the same day?

The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers more than 1300 square feet of living space. Travertine floors, granite countertops, and gorgeous tiled bathrooms are just the beginning.

The unit is perched just above the palapa pool, in the center of the resort. The open floor plan brings the living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas into one big space. You will be amazed by the generous ocean views throughout the entire unit.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms will keep you cool on warmer days. You rarely need these luxuries with the nice Cabo breeze that rolls through the large living room window.

The large Master Bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed excellent ocean views and direct access to the large wrap-around patio.

The second bedroom also provides a comfortable king-size bed with luxurious linens.

The kitchen is nicely appointed with service ware and all the pots and pans you will need. Just bring the food. The ocean-view glass dining table seats six with additional seating at the center island.

The unit's elevation provides privacy from other guests while being just steps from the pool. Some of the best views at Terrasol Beach Resort.

Guest access
Terrasol Beach Resort is located near Lands End - You are within walking distance to the Marina, Medano Beach, and hundreds of restaurants and bars Cabo has to offer. Bring your walking shoes - you will want them.

If you prefer taking a taxi across town, they are available 24/7 at the resort. Uber is also alive and well in Cabo.
