"Studio Apartment in SOHO; all new furnishing offers every comfort for guests travelling on business or leisure. Apartments are stylishly furnished with meticulous attention to detail, ideally located and close to leisure amenities in SOHO and key business centres in Central. We also have good access to main transport networks. We just don't offer a bed for the night, but rather the space, freedom and flexibility of a fully equipped apartment-space to work, relax and entertain.
The studio is convenient with everything you need. The room has a double-bed, TV, , aircon, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and built-in closet and there is some space under the bed to store your bag/ backpack/ suitcase. Somehow, one can say that it is the maximum use of minimum space. The bathroom is not seperated, in fact directly integrated in the room. The bathroom (toilet, basin and shower) are relatively new and work perfectly (warm/hot water is not a problem).
Once a week a cleaning service is provided and there is nothing to complain about this. The studio is located on the 3rd floor together with three other studios, which are nearly the same, and can be reached in between 10 minutes from Sheung Wan MTR Station. You should not move in there if you're totally unathletic since the neighbourhood is a bit hilly and you have to walk up some streets or stairs to reach the building. The neighbourhood in Sheung Wan can be described as more or less traditional (although several western people are living here as well) You can find a lot of different shops with traditional chinese herbs/ spices and dried things and furthermore explore the narrow alleys of the antique market. There are many galleries and chinese arts and crafts in Sheung Wan. If you're interested in HKs Nightlife the Soho area (Mid-level escalators) and also Wan Chai and LKF can be reached by foot quiet easily. I enjoyed my stay in the studio. There are lots of possibilities to eat out around Sheung Wan as well and a laundry can be found in the neighbouring street. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place if you're looking for alternative for common hotels. Since Hong Kong is quite expensive when it comes to housing, the rent is okay.
