Welcome to The Southern Scovel House! This beautiful home is someplace we would love to stay with lots of luxurious decor, plush white towels and organic linens. Someplace in very close proximity to everything we might want to do in Nashville. Someplace with incredible outdoor living space and a stunning view... We hope you love it just as much and we would love to have you stay when visiting Nashville!

(a Queen size double-high air mattress is also available)

*3.5 Baths: 1 private full bath for each bedroom, and 1 half bath downstairs

1st Floor: Open floor plan kitchen, living & dining; washer & dryer; 1/2 Bath; Backdoor leading to private backyard and covered parking.
2nd Floor: Master bedroom with king bed and private bath; 2nd bedroom with King bed and private bath.
3rd Floor: Oversized 3rd bedroom / Flex space with King bed, private bath and additional full-over-full bunkbed. Also access the first deck from the 3rd floor with large outdoor dining table.
4th Floor is the rooftop deck / outdoor living space with an amazing view... And our favorite part of the house :)

Guests will have access to the entire home, rooftop, back yard, and covered parking.

Each guest is given a unique key code prior to check in time. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security and more convenience not having to meet me for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.

Check-in: 4:00 PM CST or after
Check-out: 11:00 AM CST or before

We can usually be flexible with check-in/check-out times if you let me know prior to your trip, so I can coordinate with the cleaning service.

Germantown/Historic Beuna Vista is one of the best new areas in the city, with its close proximity to downtown and all of the new industrial-chic restaurants like 5th & Taylor, Rolf & Daughters, and Butchertown Hall. 10 minute walk to Henrietta Red, City House, Neighbors, Jack Brown's. Be sure to check out the beer garden at Von Elrods. Short walk from all of Germantown's trendy restaurants, bars, farmers market, and First Tennessee Park. Take a 5-minute Uber ride to Lower Broadway for music!
