Bedrooms - Master bedroom with king sized bed and quality linen, ample hanging space & drawer storage. Hairdryer provided. Second bedroom with double bed and quality linen.

Outside, you can relax in the enclosed back garden, which is shared with our other property.

Entertainment - Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. TV with DVD player & Roku box for watching Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, left in the house alone in the property for long periods of time. Their mess is to be picked up after them in the garden.
Noise - Particularly in the evenings and in the garden, please be tolerant of our neighbours, who are largely also drawn to Cumbria’s natural beauty and peace, and also include working families with young children.
Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs - not a wheelchair-friendly property.
