We built and styled this cottage out of our love for adventure, history, creating an experience and the pure romance of traveling. The space is littered with family heirlooms and pieces of antique art that tell the story of our fair city. In the morning, the sun spills through the east facing wall, lighting up the cathedral ceilings and garland cladded chandelier. In the corner of the cottage is a reading nook where you can forget about your worries and dive into any of the novels housed in the library shelves. Wave your hand in front of the electric fireplace to ignite flames that create an authentic ambience or build a real fire in the fire pit outside. Take a long bath in the stock-tank-converted tub or grab the remote for the smart TV and sign into your Netflix/Hulu/HBO Go accounts. You can also cast something from your own computer with our Chromecast. If your adventurous spirit leads you beyond the walls of the The Cleveland Cottage, hop in a Lyft/Uber and take the 5 minute ride to the famous 5 points in East Nashville or downtown to the Honky Tonks. If you get tired, no worries, we've got a personal Keurig, in our full/fully stocked kitchen, to keep you going for days.

The cottage is at the back of our lot, facing the alley with gated and secure parking. You will need to go through the alley to access your private parking.

The cottage is in the Historic Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville adjacent to the original thoroughfare, Dickerson Rd. The area is laid-back with nearby eateries and cafes, while only a 10-minute drive from the bustle of Downtown. Local Events: For a hilarious take on sightseeing, jump on a heated bus for a tour of Music City with jokes and laughter. Take a cruise on the Cumberland River on the General Jackson Showboat, or attend Dine Nashville, a month-long food celebration with 60 local restaurants participating in Restaurant Week with a 3-course tasting menu for a set price. There are plenty of music events occurring including the Grand Ole Opry House, Anita Baker, Clint Black, and the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. To enjoy some chocolatey treats, indulge in the Allstate Hot Chocolate 15K/5K race series or attend the Health and Wellness Expo to get the latest in running gear and local services. There are some great museums including the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, the Cheekwood Estate, and the Tennessee State Museum.
