It was such a relaxing experience to stay at Elissas lovely house! She is very kind, is a brilliant advisor for the exploration of the area and is a master in creating a warm atmosphere. The hardest part of the stay was leaving after only two days, because I had to take the flight back home to Germany. I'd definately would stay at Elissa's again and can recommend it to anybody who is looking for a quiet place.
My husband and I stayed with Elissa the night before we ran the Hamptons Marathon. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Elissa gave us advise about a place to have dinner and a beautiful beach to check out. She provided a yummy breakfast too. She made our stay smooth, easy and pleasant.
Our staying to Elissa's home was super but unfortunately too short!
We arrived so late in the night, but she was so kind to waiting for us giving info to find the house and with a flashlight in the street ;)
The house is beautiful like the healthy breakfast, the quiet garden in the morning and all the things that Elissa prepared for us to enjoy the stay.
Our room was comfortable and very clean like all the whole house.
A great experience to do in East Hampton!
elissa was a fantastic host.
she made my mum and i very welcome and advised us extremely well on where to to dine and visit.
her home was spotless & welcoming. we had a great trip.
Wonderful, peaceful, and Elissa was very helpful if needed about where to go and what to do. A car makes the Hampton's easily accessible. Elissa's home is a special retreat, a home away from home with great highlights like an outdoor shower, outdoor deck, outdoor tables and great sleeping! Area is a pleasure to run in then back to Elissa's for fresh fruit, French pressed coffee and pleasant conversation, quiet and Robert Frost-like surroundings. Highly recommend. Will go back.
We had wonderful relaxing days, spending at Elissas cozy place.
Her place is an oasis to relax to refuel energy and vibes
The room is furnished nicely and to point out, the bed is giving you delux comfort. Just perfect to get perfect sleep. A secret place to recommend in the East Hamtons!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and host while celebrating our anniversary at Elissa's beautiful home! Elissa really goes the extra mile to ensure that her guests have an amazing stay at her Hamptons home! Prior to our arrival, Elissa sent me a detailed list of restaurants to celebrate our special evening based on our food and ambiance preferences. While staying at her home, Elissa shared some of the best kept secrets in East Hampton, and an abundance of information about the area to make sure we made the most of our trip! We're looking forward to returning next summer!
my sister and i spent 4 days in elissa's home in the peaceful middle of nowhere and really enjoyed it. we especially liked: the deserted bay beaches just a short walk away (perfect for swimming), elissa's breakfast for a good start into the day, our bike tour to montauk (we can recommend amagensett beach & bicycle for rentals), mary's marvelous in east hampton (nice place & tasty food)… our experience with the 10b was - let's say - part of the adventure of exploring the hamptons without car :-) we only had to understand that you don't have to check the schedule. just come. wait and be patient because you never know when and in which direction the next bus will leave… and make sure that the bus driver really knows where to stop :-) elissa as well as another guest took us each once with them when they drove to east hampton (that was very kind!!!) elissa was a good and helpful host and her dog flori was a cute housemate
we had a short amount of time to find a place to stay for one friday night in the hamptons. after looking for a hotel and coming up w/nothing under $400, we looked at airbnb and found elissa's listing in the springs. it was just what we needed. a clean, friendly (but also respectful of privacy) and quiet place. a basic breakfast w/nice bread and walking distance to a bay beach to wake yourself up. very nice. we noticed that the european visitors staying at elissa's were able to get on a county bus across the street - not bad if you are without wheels!
We just returned from Elissa's beautiful home! The house is immaculate and so peaceful. She is a great hostess providing both a sense of welcome and information for us to feel right at home. The other house guests were incredibly warm and we instantly made friends out on Elissa's great deck! We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the serenity of the country in the Springs. It was truly a beautiful experience and we look forward to seeing Elissa again soon!
