Christopher is an Excellent host. We arrived at the premises, taken to the reception area and we were given drinks as we sat and listened to him describe Santorini and give us the locals insight into the best places to go.
The actual Studio is few minutes drive out of Oia town, so some sort of transport is essential, we hired quad bikes. There were two beds, one much larger than the other, but quite comfortable and the air con was great too.
The massive backyard is tranquil and extremely silent, with views of the water and the sunset in the distance, hammocks are spread in the shade around.
Christopher made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful with everything, Thank you!.
The accommodations were well kept and clean, close to Oia but far enough from the bustling town for peace and quiet at the end of the day. We enjoyed the Oia sunsets from the privacy of our balcony every night. Our host was gracious and helpful. The staff were unfailingly friendly. We had a wonderful 10 days in paradise.
My wife and I spent 2 nights here on our honeymoon and it was perfect! It is in a quieter part of the island, but it still close to the main part of Oia (so you can still easily get to all those pretty cave homes). Christopher welcomed us with a drink and helped us plan the rest of our stay, he knows so much about the island that he is like a personal travel guide. The rooms have private balconies that give you a perfect view of the sunset, without the crowds of the town. The garden is beautiful and gives a very relaxing place to read. And possibly the second best part (Christopher is the best) is the cafe. Breakfast can be hard to find in Greece, but here they have a little cafe for the guests to get breakfast or drinks later. I kind of rambled in this post but we just loved every part of our stay here.
Christopher is LITERALLY the best host ever. I had a car accident in Santorini and couldn't really walk back to my room from the city center. Christopher drove me back!!! Omg he is the best!! Gorgeous place with a great view. Def gonna recommend this place to my friend.
We had a very pleasant stay. Great location and Christopher was very helpful throughout our stay
Christopher is a wonderful host and provided all good recommendations. Trust him 100%. The studio room has great view of sunset and very comfortable. Garden and bar is perfect to meet people for conversation. Location is best in Santorini for Oya walk but away from crowds

About the Host, Christopher
Hello. I'm Christopher and I live in Santorini since 1992. I am the owner of Ecoxenia Studios.
If you will come to my island, view that you have a friend here. We can drink a glass of wine together and show you the alternative way to discover the secrets of the island.
Traditional vineyard, winemaking, fishing, volcanology, geology, architecture, ecology, belongs to my interests and we could share them together.
And as I’m professor of Physics we could talk about the essence of things hidden under the surface…..
