This historic Mediterranean revival style home was built in 1928 and is located near historic downtown Deland which can be accessed by car, bike or a 12-minute walk (10 blocks). It is also located 2 minutes from the Stetson Mansion.

The space
The small suite includes a daybed and a single mattress which can be pulled out from under the daybed, or I can set up a frame if you prefer. I can also add a desk and chair. It includes a private full bath right next to the kitchen. The owners’ bedrooms are on the second floor, (2nd floor off limits and protected by security camera), but the guests will share living space, yard and kitchen with the hosts.
