There are 3 bedrooms: one double room with king size bed and ensuite shower room, 2 single rooms - each with a single bed and pull out bed underneath. The single rooms each have cable TV.
Bathroom with Bath and Shower.
Huge open plan sitting room / kitchen, with a sofa big enough for everyone to sit on very comfortably.
Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, blender, juicer, fridge, freezer, washing machine & dishwasher.
The sitting room has a big flat screen TV with Cable TV channels, DVD player (choice of DVDs provided including DVDs for kids). A Samsonite pop-up travel cot is available for use.
Linen, towels and complimentary toiletries included (and three hairdryers, and 2 pairs of straighteners available for use)!

The apartment is just off Western Road - where all the High Street shops are, if you stay here you are less than 10 mins walk away from everything: Brighton Station, the independent shopping areas North Laine/ South Lanes, all the main Nightclubs, the Dome, Brighton Centre, The Pier, etc
The apartment is just off Preston Street - the food street - with restaurants to suit all budgets including Chinese, Thai, Greek, Lebanese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Indian & possible the best kebab in Brighton. Yum!
There is also a great pub with an open fire, that serves award winning food - and The Best Sunday Roast.
There is limited metered parking on our street, or an NCP car park 1 min away in Regency Square (currently £20 for 24hrs). Being in Central Brighton there is no free parking in the area. Some guests have used JustPark app successfully.
The whole apartment to themselves
10mins walk from Brighton station, 10mins walk to the Lanes, 2 mins walk to the sea. On a route with many buses to Devils Dyke, Shoreham, Worthing and Eastbourne.
Smoking is permitted in the sitting room/kitchen, we asks guests to not use the patio area after 9pm for our neighbours' sake (this is a strict rule, we live in a very quiet street and a complaint from the neighbours will result in the loss of your deposit). Please note it is airbnb etiquette to leave the property as you found it, extra messy guests may incur extra cleaning charges.
Hi, I live in Brighton and run several shops here. I love travelling, the sun, the sea, especially if it includes wakeboarding!
I love Airbnb: as a host I get to meet all different sorts of people from all walks of life from all over the world, but as a guest it REALLY rocks!
