About This Listing
Very large and comfortable apartment located in downtown of the city of Dnepropetrovsk. The property is located at the intersection of Lenina street and Karla Marksa blvd. across the street from Shevchenko theater. Short walking distance to all major city attractions and shopping centres. The apartment is located on 7th floor of 9-storey building with an elevator. The building entrance is protected by an entrance control system.
The place is very roomy ( 60 sq. meters i.e. 600 sq. feet ) with three rooms - two bedrooms ( sleep 4 very comfortably) and a living room with a reclining sofa that can sleep two more guests( no extra charge at this time). Covered corner balcony offers great views of Dnepropetrovsk city centre.
The apartment is fully furnished, with separate A/C units in every room, autonomous water heater, washer/dryer, full kitchen( microwave, stove, full size fridge), new windows, secured door, free Wi-Fi Internet for no extra charge. Sorry, no dishwasher at this time.
The place is a primary residence of my family member and is rented out only during his absence. Thus, it looks like a person's home rather than a hotel room. Consequently, we choose our guests carefully and prefer family travelers or people with positive feedback . Thanks for your understanding.
I live in Canada and will always be one phone call/e-mail away to address any of your questions before, after, or during your stay with us. However, during your stay in Ukraine, my brother will be your immediate contact and the host. He speaks English well enough to deal with everyday matters and will immediately contact me in case of any issues. So, if you speak English, you don't need to worry about language barrier.
Please don't hesitate to ask any questions regarding this property. I would be more than happy to help!
Looking forward to hearing from you soon,
