Welcome to Downtown Toronto! And to a clean, cozy and relaxing place to stay right in the middle of it all!

The space

The condo is the lower ground floor unit of a townhouse complex. There is a patio and an open concept living/dining/kitchen space. While the condo itself has two bedrooms, only one bedroom is for Airbnb guests. The 2nd bedroom is locked and not available. There is one bathroom which is for the Airbnb guests. It's a lovely place to call your home while you are visiting Toronto. I hope you'll enjoy it!

Guest access

You will the only guests staying in the condo. You can have access to all common spaces of course! The patio is nice to relax and hang out in when it's warm out.

Interaction with guests

I do not stay in the city but am available by email/text if you need anything.

Other things to note

The one cancellation I have in my reviews is due to condo construction that we had to get done. The guest and I worked it out so it was a natural cancellation. I'm back to hosting again :)

A simply wonderful stay, Aamer is an amazing host, the place is clean, central and close to everything. Aamer was kind enough to give me a walking tour of the neighborhood, share his whisky and interesting stories. Will be back next time I am back in town, highly recommended!

Aamer was a fantastic host and very friendly. My stay was relaxing and felt like I was staying the weekend with an old friend. I highly recommend this location to those visiting the city!

If you ever asked yourself why you prefer airbnb instead of a hotel, you'll definitely find the answer at Aamers place. He was a great host and knows what he's doing. When I arrived he gave me like all information and adresses in which I was interested in. Even if I was exploring the city I still could contact him anytime. My stay felt more like a week at a friends house that I didn't see for a long time. I also was able to leave my suitcase and bag in his apartment until I had to go to the airport in the afternoon. Aamer is really funny and nice and there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The area is really local and you can reach most of your destinations by foot. So if you have the chance to travel to Toronto , I can highly recommend this place!

Aamer was a great host, and a wonderful person to meet! Very quiet and didn't even know he was there at times. :) Very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Aamer made me feel immediately welcome. His place is lovely, in a beautiful and interesting part of Toronto, and he went above and beyond (he lent me a coat when I, brilliantly, didn't bring one heavy enough -- perhaps it being Canada should have tipped me off?). The location is convenient, and I had a great time in no small part because of Aamer's hospitality. Highly recommended.

I would describe myself as an easy going, funny and happy guy. I am respectful, courteous and conscious of those around me. I work in the non-profit world, am gay-friendly and am still learning a lot about myself and the world around me. I want to live life to the fullest and want world peace :)
