This simply chic apartment has the true NYC feel with exposed brick, a queen-size bed and fully stocked kitchen. On the top floor, not facing the street this space is a quiet solitude centrally located in the best neighborhood in Manhattan!
I travel for work a lot! Looking to rent my place to nice vacationers as a cheap alternative to the crazy expensive hotels in NYC. I have a lovely studio in an awesome location on the Lower East Side of Manhattan with full kitchen, queen size bed, twin size blow-up mattress, air conditioning, full bath tub, and roof access. Charging nightly plus a $100 security deposit. You have to be cool with stairs, since my apt is in a 5-fl walk-up. Email for more details.
Nearby beautiful parks offering river bike paths, free basketball and (fee) tennis courts. Around the corner free [trial] gyms and donation-based yoga studios. Plus don't miss the LES tenement museum and walking tours just down the street!

Natalie's flat was lovely, clean and airy. it was small, but perfect for those who aim to be out and about NY in the day, and use it for sleeping.
Natalie was wonderful about accommodating us with a very last min request. Not only was she a great host- but the property is very warm & comfortable and in a fantastic location. Highly recommend!
The location is great and the amenities of the apartment are as outlined. We experienced some problems however when we first arrived (at 330pm), including that the apartment had not yet been cleaned from the previous guest. A cleaner did come but this did not include the kitchen (with dirty dishes and a full trash bin), the floors of the apartment (left unswept) and taking away the used sheets and towels of the previous guest. After the first day of arriving, the host took several days to respond to our email (outlining our disappointment with the above). The Internet didn't work initially and when it eventually did, it was not the best connection. As stated though, the location is what made this apartment a good place to stay.
Perfect location and a very cosy place! Right in the middle of one of the coolest places in New York, there were a few small issues that Natalie was very proactive in helping out with. Recommend the flat and Natalie to anyone
Location here is key - unlike other listing's promises - this literally IS in the middle of all that lower east side has to offer. Apartment is the usual NY shoebox size, though has all that you need for a short stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, great heating system and small TV with some good DVDs. Natalie seemed nice, though communication was a little difficult at times. Would stay here again just for the location!
Natalie's place is great. It's in an awesome location just beneath Houston and the east village. Great communication and a very cool rooftop to have nonsensical 2am conversations with your buddies. Recommended!! Also the place you get the keys and drop them off are super close / convenient.
Etage, also muss man etwas "Anstrengung" in den Kauf nehmen.
As someone who loves to travel I think AirB&B is a totally genius website: You come stay in my nice apt, or maybe I'll cross the ocean and go stay in yours!
I currently work in marketing, but have a background working in Hotels & hospitality so hosting comes naturally to me and I'm happy to do it!
I travel most to beach houses/farms/mountain camping on the weekends, and like to take longer holidays on the West Coast or in Europe. So between that and staying with family, my little home finds itself empty a lot. I LOVE New York City 'n LOVE my neighborhood and it makes me happy to give travelers a glimpse into living life in the big apple, and pointing them to restaurants/bars/boutiques/museums/art galleries that are actually worth their $ ! There's far too many gems in this city to piss away cash on hotels. If you're reading this, you're in the right place.
