You will love the kitchenette! Relax on the queen bed and enjoy streaming services on the TV. Private entrance and bathroom. Free washer/dryer use.

Location is perfect for all that Ft Worth has to offer. We are a short drive to Downtown, the Stockyards, and cultural district.

Note: Space is 325 sqft. Photos highlight its features but may make it appear larger than it is.

The space
apartment is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Livingroom has a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for preparing simple meals.

The apartment has its own private entrance and you will have complete privacy during your stay. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

We live on property. Only guest on reservation may be on property. 24hr cameras outside of property.

Other things to note
We provide starter supplies. Toiletries, paper goods will not be replenished after check in.

If you are flying in through DFW Airport there is a train stationed in Terminal B you can ride for $2. You’ll hop off at the Northside Station, but if you miss it no worries you can take the next stop. It’ll drop you off at downtown. Both stops are only 10mins from my place. The train runs on a strict schedule so I would be there 10mins before it leaves so you don’t miss it. Let me know if you’re interested and I can send you the link to the schedule.

Please read over the cancellation policy. Airbnb offers travels insurance that can be purchased at the time of booking. It’s something to consider for peace of mind should you need to cancel outside of the cancellation window.

Take sometime to explore our neighborhood, rich in culture where you’ll find the best authentic Mexican restaurants and many delicious Mexican snacks. You might bump into our local “Paletero” who would appreciate your business.

Blue collar and established neighborhood. Predominantly Latino neighborhood. Lots of small business catering to Hispanic community. Most of our neighbors have been here 30+ years. Like any other intercity area, use caution and be aware of your surroundings. Some homes do have bars on the windows. This is not an indication of safety.
Some streets do not have side walks or street lights.
