We're sorry for the inconvenience, Joshua, you already know it. We've refunded you like you deserved. We've had a serious problem with the lock, but we've fixed it the day after. Since you've given us one star for the inconveniences, please know that you would have enjoyed your stay in our apartment :) Regarding the other two properties we offered, the first one wasn't ready yet (we weren't prepared, you know... it would have been ready within one/two hours though) and you didn't like the second.
