The space
This home boosts over 4,000 sq ft and features large over-sized decks surrounded by nature and Center Hill Lake. It has 5 bedrooms all with king mattresses and 3.5 bathrooms. Lake Escape is the Ultimate Getaway! Main floor features living room with two queen sleeper sofas, fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for everyone, 'Chef's Quarter's bedroom with king bed and vanity, half bath, and over-sized deck! Upstairs consists of family/game room complete with queen sleeper sectional sofa, pool table, air hockey, Arcade Game with 13 games, wet bar (w/ microwave), morning balcony, full bathroom, and 'Surf's Up' Bedroom with king size bed. Downstairs consists of full bathroom, laundry, 'First Mate's Retreat' bedroom with large king bed, 'Captain's Quarters' with king bed, Master Bathroom with sauna and double shower heads, fireplace, 'Stowaway' Bedroom (ACCESS THROUGH CAPTAIN's QUARTERS') with king bed, and over-sized deck with hot tub, mini fridge, and outdoor seating! Just minutes to Pate's Ford Marina, launch your boat, swim, kayak and enjoy beautiful Center Hill Lake.

"Lake Escape" home is at the end of a dead end road offering privacy surrounded by nature. This little slice of Heaven is perfect for family and friends gatherings. It truly is an OASIS of a home and location is perfect! Enjoying relaxing on one of the decks with plenty of seating for everyone, outdoor grill, hot tub, pool table, sauna, kayaks, fire pit, and more! Primitive ramp below house with access to launch small boats; located minutes between Pates Ford & Four Seasons/SLIGO Marinas.
This home easily sleeps 17 comfortably, in five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you may need and seating for everyone around the dinner table! 'No Wake Zone' family room has a pool table and large sectional perfect for making memorable movie nights.
Only steps down to the water! We provide four kayaks and life jackets for your use. Beach area to lake, below house. Boat ramp for small fishing boats and jet skis beside home. Launch your boat at Pate's Ford Marina (Home of WAKEFEST) just five minutes down the road, and grab dinner at Fishlipz while watching bands from Nashville perform!
The main level of this cozy home features large windows, a large fireplace, a kitchen fit for your chef of the family, 1/2 bath, two queen sleeper sofas, a large dining table with seating for 17, two TVs, a large over-sized deck, and 'Chef's Quarters' bedroom with a comfortable king bed and stunning views!
Upstairs features 'No Wake Zone', a family room complete with Uncle T's Corner (perfect spot for playing games), a Pool Table, large queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and ice maker, electronic fireplace, morning balcony for coffee 'Crow's Nest', full bathroom with combo tub/shower, and 'Surf's Up' bedroom with cozy king bed.
Downstairs floor features a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry, 'First Mate's Retreat' bedroom with large king bed, printer and desk for working, and XL twin bed (available for set up upon request). 'Captain's Quarters' Master Bedroom features a gas fireplace, comfortable king bed, and master bathroom complete with double shower heads and a sauna! Access to the Hot Tub and Deck through both bedrooms. Located off of the master bedroom is the 'Stowaway' bedroom complete with a large king bed.
Over-sized Decks spans off the main living area and downstairs bedrooms appointed with a large gas grill, furniture, hot tub, and mini fridge! Fire pit outside with firewood provided on us! The Perfect Weekend Getaway!
GAMES at Lake Escape: We have a pool table and air hockey game on top floor; we are in the process of acquiring an arcade game. We keep Corn Hole Boards and bags at the house, along with these inside games: Standard Deck of Cards, ROOK, UNO, PHASE-10, Five Crowns, Battleship, CandLand, Rummikub, Pictionary, Game of Things, Monopoly (Murfreesboro Edition), Mexican Train Dominoes, LRC (Wild Edition), Candy Land Board, Battleship, JENGA, Dirty Minds (17+), Hot & Spicy (17+), & Cards Against Humanity (Recommend Adults Only).
