This is a home stay, not a hotel. It is priced to match the condition to provide travelers a budget place to stay in a good neighborhood. The unit is clean, all appliances work and you might see personal decorations and stuff. Common areas outside the unit has old carpet and downstairs tenant has a dog, so it's not suitable for people who have a high requirement of cleanliness outside the unit. Occasionally you will see food items in the fridge, you can leave the open items unless they are obviously going bad, but feel free to help yourself with everything unopened if there is any.

The pictures are true to the real thing, some details hard to tell from the pictures: 1) the knob of one burner is missing, 2) small broken things, like hook on the door that don't need to be fixed, 3) the floor is slightly tilted in the master bedroom, but the bed is positioned so that you won't roll to one side.
