  • We had a wonderful stay at Liz's house! The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and at home. Liz was so great to recommend their favorite beaches, vineyards and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. We loved it!!

  • We had a great Labor Day weekend at Liz and Stephen's beautiful home. The interior was cozy and charming (while not being tight at all), and the garden was big, relaxing, and gorgeous. Lots of reading and hammock time was had! Also their home was within perfect walking distance to the train station as well as Southold's "main drag" so we didn't have to drive everywhere. Highly recommended.

  • We loved Liz's home -- it's even prettier than the pictures. Our group of 4 all wished we could stay longer! Liz was a great host and gave us many useful tips on the area -- very much appreciated! We couldn't have been happier with our vacation.

  • My wife and two daughter (ages 2 and 4) stayed at Liz's place last weekend (August 16-18). It is the perfect weekend getaway for a family. The house is has everything you need including lots of toys for kids, adorable backyard with a great tree swing. Close to town and all NF sites. Liz was a great host!

  • This house as a wonderful find. The hosts were so thoughtful, and the house was well appointed and comfortable.
Liz went out of her way to get us a beach pass to the local beach which was an easy walk from the house.
The backyard was a real treat for this city dweller! I sat outside watching a hummingbird while I drank my morning tea. It was really peaceful, yet convenient to everything! It was less than a minute walk to the grocery and liquor stores and about a 3-5 min walk to the train and bus.
It's the perfect place for summer, fall, and spring as they also have a wood burning fireplace.
I really enjoyed staying at Liz's house!

  • We had a great time at Liz's house. The house has a big living room and huge dining table, which is great when the weather is not so great and you have to stay inside. We also enjoyed the backyard when the weather became a little bit warmer.
Liz gave us very good recommendations of wineries, restaurants and places to check (we particularly enjoyed Love Ln. and the cheese shop of Mattituck). She also left for us some local delicacy.
During our stay the temperatures dropped so she quickly sent us an email to let us know how to use the heat and where to find additional blankets.
We wanted to stay away from ther busy city for 1 weekend. Liz's house was exactly what we were looking for.

  • This was my first AirBnB experience and it was fantastic across the board! Liz's home was warm and accommodating -- the perfect little spot to stay with two other friends when I was in town for my friend's wedding weekend in Southold. Just a couple of miles from amazing vineyards... I will definitely come back!

  • We had a fabulous time at Liz's house this past weekend! The house was lovely and comfortable, exactly as she described. Kitchen was well equipped and we even were able to BBQ in their lovely backyard! It was a great alternative to a hotel we felt right at home relaxing by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine all evening! Would highly recommend her place if you are in the area. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
