Nice apartment! The host was easy to deal with and very helpful.
I would definitely recommend the place. It has all the facilities you can need.
Would love to stay with Hakim again.
Excellent location, spacious apartment for two people with nice amenities. Quiet and clean, comfy bed and convenient parking for $15/night. Building concierge is outstanding--professional and friendly. Wifi was not working when we first arrived but Hakim called us back within one hour and took corrective action (router was unplugged). It was difficult to locate the switch for the light above the dining table--it is behind the television. Everything in the apartment worked fine. We did not realize extra towels were in the bedroom dresser until we were checking out. Overall, this was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.
PROS: Very nice property at a great price, spacious, nice furniture, big balcony.
CONS: Not the greatest view. Bathroom seemed to be under renovation (bathroom walls needed polyfill and paint), but I assume that should be resolved shortly.
Hakim was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in (1om vs 4pm). Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
Our stay with Hakim was great! My brother and I brought my nephew to Montreal to see his first Habs game and this place was ideal for 3 and within walking distance of everything we needed and wanted to do. With a 10 year old the pool was a big hit. It's very large and we had it to ourselves every time we went for a swim.
Only minor complaint was that there was no toilet paper and only two towels for 3 people for 3 nights, after paying the additional $ for a 3rd person. Typically not a big problem, but with swimming twice a day, a 3rd towel would have been helpful.
Otherwise, thanks Hakim for the great weekend!
Hakim's apartment was very well located, nice and comfortable. He responded very fast. and cleaned the unit professionally. We enjoyed staying at Hakim's unit in Montreal.
Although we didn't have the opportunity to meet Hakim, he was easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond. The condo is in a great location, and is kept clean. The amenities are certainly a bonus as well!
Thanks for a great stay!
Great apartment, awesome location and amenities! Will definitely be coming back.
Hakim was a great host and the apartment was very modern and clean. A light was out in the bathroom when we arrived and he was very prompt in fixing it and making sure everything else with the Airbnb was working. Thank Hakim for a great stay in Montreal, can't wait to come back next time!
Clean, spacious, organised, pleasant place to stay. Good idea to stay here if you want to have some meals/snacks at home as there is a full set of kitchen equipment.
Hakim's place was clean and comfortable, but bring a small space heater if you like it warmer than 23C, otherwise the temp is perfect. The strongest attribute is the location, besides great shopping, the Museum of fine arts, multiple metro locations, and tasty places to eat. Parking is underground at $20/today or $75/wk. Top value.
