young fun hip neighborhood
Williamsburg is arguably the hippest part of New York City, and certainly has all the amenities to justify that claim. The apartment is a short stroll from some of the best restaurants the city has to offer: Marlow & Sons, Diner, Roebling Tea Room, Moto, Walterfoods and Egg just to name a few. Trendy bars can pretty much be found on every corner from the cheap $6 shot & beer - Trophy bar to the Absenthe and Oyster Bar - Masion Premier to the high end Cocktail bar - Hotel Delmano. If you want to dance then The Woods and Bembe are close. And to balance the health/fun ratio there's a local New York Parks and Recreation Fitness Centre with swimming pool & mc carren park or a stroll on the williamsburg bridge or any of the water front parks

This location is killer! I've lived in the same area for 23 years. It's more neighborhood-like than the Bedford Ave. area but if that's what you are looking for, then it's just a short 15 minute walk away. Everything is accessible and you are central to the as well as the B(phone number hidden) and 60. Manhattan 10 mins, Greenpoint in 10, LIC 20 mins, Downtown Brooklyn 15 mins and on and on. Within three blocks from the apartment you will be able to find: a wine store, a grocery, pizza, argentinian food, bagels, french food, and more. There are restaurants and bars everywhere - some include: my favorite neighborhood, Salvadorean pupusas at Bahia, the best cheese fries ever at Anchored Inn, Gimme! Coffee, Williamsburg Pizza for a grandma slice, cheese curds at Burnside, and on and on and on. Oh, theres a super clean laundromat in the basement . Please feel free to ask me anything!
