The space
The stunning modern Loft apartment is located in an upscale, award-winning building, just 4 blocks from vibrant Finikoudes Beach and its iconic palm-tree promenade. Close to the action, yet tucked away for peace and privacy. The prestigious downtown area is perfect for leisurely strolls.

An elevator takes you directly to the loft, where natural light, exquisite details, and striking architectural features create a truly elevated living experience.

The main floor:
Features a spacious open-plan living and dining area that opens onto two terraces.
The main terrace offers sweeping views of the Palm trees, the ancient ruins of Kition and the Mediterranean in the distance. Large sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor living. The designer kitchen offers granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and everything needed to prepare a great meal. A work desk and a small home library is also offered here.

Upstairs:
There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two elegant bathrooms, including a master en-suite. Each bedroom features premium beds and mattresses, and one has an additional desk for work or study.

From the loft’s floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, charming old and new houses, boutique hotels, and the historic ancient ruins of Kition. You will probably be spending a lot of time at the terrace which offers plenty of sitting options including a comfortable swing.

The amazing rooftop communal pool on the 5th floor offers 360° panoramic views of the city and sea and is always open for your enjoyment, year-round and 24/7.

Larnaca, Cyprus

One of the best areas in town in the heart of the city next to the Archaeological museum and the remains of the ancient city of Kition. In the same time - the building is located on a small side street with minimum traffic noise. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops in the area - Try the Coffee Island in the morning or the Zorbas or try Art cafe 1900 - a bar/restaurant, ideal for catching the evening vibes. Or if you prefer to sit outside - Aldente, Maqam al Sultan (Lebanese meze) or Ocean Basket on Finikoudes promenade are also our favorites. For a good Cypriot meze - Militzies is truly an experience and so is Alasia Cafe next to it. For Asian fair lovers - Wagamama Larnaca is ideal for both sitting down or a take away. If you want to order online and in the mood for asian food - Wok in a box is amazing value for really fresh wok to order and amazing asian tacos. Foody app works well for all the take away restaurants and they deliver quickly to our address.
