This is a beautiful condo. Your home away from home. However, there is no smoking in the unit or on the lanai. There is a recycling area downstairs near your parking stall. You can recycle bottles, cans, newspapers, boxes, and other paper there.
Please do not throw anything off the lanai. This includes shaking sandy towels over the lanai railing. In fact, please leave all the sand at the beach.
There is a trash chute (not smelly though) close by the front door, so please empty your trash often. Taking your trash to the trash chute when you check out would be most appreciated. Recycling bins are downstairs in the lower parking garage, near your parking stall.
Thank you and Aloha from Tiare
This condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our views from our lanai (patio) on the 25th floor afforded us many postcard photos. We got up several mornings during our stay just to watch the sunrise over Manoa and Diamond Head. The pool was perfect, as was the secure garage parking and the location cannot be beat. Our host, Tiare, was attentive and quick to respond. We would stay here again.
We had fantastic 5-day experience with this condo. Here's a list of things that we found extremely good and convenient:
- 5-min walk to Waikiki beach. This needs no more explanation - just compare with the hotels nearby. This condo beats hotel rooms in every aspect: size, amenities, large patio, etc..
- Parking space included! Note that this is at least $35 value per day if you park outside. Not to mention the hassle of finding an available space along the street..
- A *usable* kitchen. Unlike some other airbnb rooms, the kitchen in this condo was fully equipped. Plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc.. We even found a mixer.
- Wonderful view. The pictures in the listing tell the truth. But we found the view at night was more wonderful.
If I'm to be nitpicking, then the only thing not that good was the amenities were a little bit old. Don't get me wrong, they were well maintained and working perfectly.
Just as described. Nice place, great view. Very close to beach.
Tiare, Thank you for the wonderful stay. The condo had all the amenities we could want and more. Your precise and prompt responses to our questions were extremely appreciated.
Location, location, location; perfect for our stay in Waikiki for our niece's wedding. The view was spectacular, condo had ample space for the two of us. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. Condo was spacious enough, wi fi, tv, supplied kitchen, etc. We would stay here again given the opportunity.
Tiare's place was very clean and well equipped with full kitchen and so many towels. Bedsheets where clean and we felt right at home.
Apartment is great proximity to all things waikiki, the actual street itself is dull. But your 2 short blocks away from all the action. I would recommend this place to all.

About the Host, Tiare
My profile picture shows the Tiare Tahiti, a flower also called the Tahitian Gardenia. It smells great...
I'm an artist with an MFA from the University of Hawai`i, but I became a real estate agent in order to support my disabled husband of 54 years. I manage these two great condos, only two blocks from the beach.
I love living in Hawai`i. For three years, in the 1960s, before GPS, my husband and I sailed around the South Pacific on our 38' sailboat. Finally, we came to Hawai`i, and we have pretty much been here ever since. Both our kids were born here, so we are Hawaiians at heart.
