Minutes From The Beach, Restaurants, & Nightlife! / This Property is Always Completely Sanitized For Your Piece Of Mind. / Additionally, please Know that we have placed a security camera in the front yard facing the driveway area and a camera in the back yard 1) for the safety of our home, our guests, our neighbors and 2) for city and county regulations purposes. No cameras indoors.

* Please keep in mind that our home day rate DOES NOT include electricity to charge Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters or Golf Carts from friends or other companies and/or any other type of electric vehicle. If for any reason this is your case please let us know and we will be happy to help (we do not have 220v). This service has an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately

Guest access
Upon arrival we will greet you in person to say hello, show you around, answer any questions or recommend places and give you a new door code. After that home is all yours to enjoy.

Other things to note
Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie neighborhood where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or pool area and any one out side must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and and will also result in the termination of your reservation.
