This incredible newly built (2010) beach house in Perdido Key, Pensacola Florida, is directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, 200ft of pristine white sandy beaches with 100 - 200 ft of open beach on either side. This property, is one of the largest houses on the Gulf in our area with almost 6000 sq ft, 12 bedrooms, 12 baths, 3 kitchens, 3 dining areas, 3 laundry rooms and 3 living rooms overlooking the gulf of Mexico with approximately 1400 sq ft of decks. The Ledlow is ideal for corporate retreats, destination weddings, family reunions, or just the perfect get away for a large group of family or friends to relax, even in the winter (does get cold but not like the Northeast). It is quite, and open. Restaurants, golf, shopping (incredible tangiers outlet mall) Pensacola Naval/Air base (Home of the Blue angels who have practice shows) all are within a 15 to 30 min drive. In addition to the whole house which sleeps 30, the beach house separates into 3 individual units each with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths that can be rented individually or together. With geothermal cooling and heating, upgraded insulation and recently installed solar energy for electricity, the Ledlow is probably one of the greenest beach houses built.
The house can be separated into three 4 bedroom 4 bath units that can combine into a 8 or 12 bedroom, 8 or 12 bath vacation home. The entry level floor (which is about 12 ft up on pilings). is very open with Kitchen flowing into the dining area flowing into living area overlooking out to deck and Gulf. One bedroom is on this floor with 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom are on next floor. Is handicap accessible with ramp, and 1 handicap bedroom and bathroom. So you have the choice of a 1950sq ft 4 bdrm 4 bath unit, two 3900 sq ft units, or the entire house of almost 6000 sq. ft. Prices change seasonally and specials rates are offered from time to time so contact owner to check on current price. Our place is peaceful, calm, beach not crowded, a very special place, yet near restaurants, shopping and entertainment and all the beach action, its just not next-door.
Although shopping is not across the street, it is only a 5 to 15 drive away. Prices for the entire house on a daily basis are shown in the calander, but to these prices are added fees and taxes. For complete price for 4 days, a week, or more for the entire house please contact the owner. Individual units can be rented but for most accurate costs contact the owner for daily, weekly, or longer rates.
Approximately 90% of the space is available to our guests.

Unit 3 has larger doors for one bedrooms and bathroom to accommodate handicap guests.

On departure, garbage must be taken out to bin, dishes washed before leaving, if excess cleaning is needed addition cleaning costs will be added.
Must respect neighbors, take good care of units, report any broken items, pets permitted on a per case basis, check with owner for permission for pets. General deposit and pet deposit required. Since this is a triplex guests must be respectful of neighbors, if present.
Only the number of guests reported can stay at building 30.
Only a 30 min drive from Pensacola Airport, approximately 80 min drive from Mobile.
If holding outside event such as a wedding, family reunion, all decorations etc must be disposed of before leaving.
