CANA CLARA has walled and gated gardens, pool & parking. 10min walk from beach, 5 m walk from cafes and restaurants, 10m drive to many great beaches. Very modern and fresh. 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom & A/C, WIFI, Sat TV, great kitchen, ample living spaces, terraces and pool area. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen, 2 singles. The AC from the bedrooms is enough to cool the entire house, windows kept shut.

The place is a recent build, very modern and clean finishes, A/C in all 3 bedrooms, which is powerful enough to cool the entire villa. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and there is an extra toilet for day guests. TV and WIFI, SAT TV, espresso machine, microwave and well equipped kitchen.
