Interaction with Guests
I am always available via text or AirBnB. When the apartment is available I am not in town, please understand that you will be using a key box for access to the apartment.
The majority of neighbors in the area are Hasidic Jews, in general very quiet and respectful. Many people give less than 5 stars for this location, please understand the location is the reason it is so quiet. Please do not rate it less as many areas in Williamsburg are not as private, safe and have quick access to Manhattan. There are a few nice grocery stores, a bodega, pizza place and liquor store within a couple of blocks.
The M/J train is less than a 1/2 block away, the G train is less than 3 blocks away, and the L train is about 6 blocks away. This apartment is NOT in the super hip areas of Williamsburg, please do not rate the location as less than 5 stars as this is why it is typically quiet at night.
Other Things to Note
There is typically street parking available for those that want to drive into the city.
Please respect my neighbors in the building by keeping the noise to a minimum. They are not tour or neighborhood guides, please contact me for any assistance.
Self employed spending time between my home in Michigan and NYC or a beach somewhere. Often times I am found at a restaurant checking out the local fare. Enjoyment comes from cycling, boating, cooking, sunday brunch, traveling and great friends.
