Interaction with Guests
I am always available via text or AirBnB. When the apartment is available I am not in town, please understand that you will be using a key box for access to the apartment.
The majority of neighbors in the area are Hasidic Jews, in general very quiet and respectful. Many people give less than 5 stars for this location, please understand the location is the reason it is so quiet. Please do not rate it less as many areas in Williamsburg are not as private, safe and have quick access to Manhattan.
The M/J train is less than a 1/2 block away, the G train is less than 3 blocks away, and the L train is about 6 blocks away. This apartment is NOT in the super hip areas of Williamsburg, please do not rate the location as less than 5 stars as this is why it is typically quiet at night.
Other Things to Note
There is typically street parking available for those that want to drive into the city.
Please respect my neighbors in the building by keeping the noise to a minimum. They are not tour or neighborhood guides, please contact me for any assistance.
Our stay at this location was excellent! We felt very safe in the neighborhood (3 girls), also at night. Subwaystation is around the corner and takes you to Manhatten in about 15 minutes! Apartment was clean and we had everything we needed! Also very good beds and Sean was very helpfull if we had any questions :) would highly recommend this apartment..
My parents and I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, and we were very, very happy that we chose Sean's apartment. The subway is very close, the area is safe and gives you an insight in different cultures living in New York.
The flat was extremely clean, but very cosy and comfortable with very tasteful and modern furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped and we found more than everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly well and was very fast. So: really everything was fantastic! We would all recommend the apartment to anybody and would want to stay there again if ever we come back to New York.
Sean was such a great host! He was always available and responded quickly to any questions that I had. He will give you step by step instructions on obtaining keys to the apartment. Overall, the apartment in Brooklyn was super clean and organized! He provided everything (wifi, towels, etc.) Location is safe and convenient and parking was super easy to find. I would highly recommend him!
This apartment is great if you're just looking for a place to sleep while you are in New York. The outside of the building doesn't look too great. The inside isn't fancy either, but the apartment is clean, and that is important. You have enough room for three adults plus a child on the couch, and you have a kitchen with all the basics you need to make your own dinner if you want to.
The host is very helpful. He quickly responds to emails, and he even found a pack and play for our toddler.
Everything was great and we really liked the flat. It was spotless. Very easy to move around New York and to get to and from the JFK airport.
We loved our stay in Sean's apartment!
He was very helpful with any of our needs and he was also checking in with us to see that we were doing fine during our stay. Such a terrific host!
The apartment was very clean and with a lot of spaces! Super comfy bed to rest our tired feet after long days in the city.
The location is also very convenient as it is so very close to the subway. We could easily go to Manhattan and Williamsburg fast with the train. And the neighbourhood is nice and quiet with friendly people in the small convenient stores nearby the apartment.
Just a perfect stay for when you're in New York City!
