I am a lifetime resident of New Mexico and have lived on this property since 1999.
The property had a 1000 sqft home and a mobile home when bought in 1999. I planted 3000 trees on the lower property that are now up or 50' tall making a beautiful pine forest with a 18 hole pasture golf course that guests can play for free.
The property has 4 other Airbnb rentals on it listed on my main Super host account(listings below), gazebos, a cabana, basketball court and is adjoined to the Lincoln National Forest wilderness.
The property is located 9 miles east of Ruidoso Downs in the beautiful Ruidoso Valley at 6000' elevation.
