Bright and spacious apartment in the modern neighborhood Poblenou. It is very close to the beach, with pool touched by the Sun.

The space
The apartment is about 55 m² and it is located in a building with elevator (Floor: 1). It has a beautiful private park and 2 swimming pools (one only for children). Transportation near the apartment: Metro L1 (red line) Glories Station and it isonly 15 minutes walking to the beach.

TANGER JAZZ is in the Poble Nou district of Barcelona. It is the ideal location for a holiday in the city. You've got everything: relatively close to center and away from the noise. We already are cold enough during the winter and hot enough during the summer. On holiday you deserve this apartment, with heating and air conditioning. If you are one of those who cannot live without Internet, don't worry, TANGER JAZZ includes wifi.

POBLE NOU. The district of Poblenou was for many decades the working and industrial center of Barcelona. Nowadays the factories are transformed into workshops of artists, residences, bars and restaurants. It turned into a residential district by the time of the Olympic Games, with the construction of Vila Olímpica and Paseo Marítimo.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and check-in is from 3:00 PM. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and can be confirmed closer to your departure date. If available, it’s €15 per hour, up to a maximum of €45, paid via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
