The Oasis is part of a quiet two unit waterfront retreat. While your home is completely private, a few outdoor amenities are shared, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and resort-style experiences.

Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults & 3 children while giving everyone room to spread out.

• 2 kayaks (waiver required due to tidal creek)

• Pack ’n Play, high chair, children's dinnerware

• Coffee station with 12 cup drip coffee maker & single cup Keurig with reusable pod. Coffee, sugar & powdered creamer

• Cooking essentials: ample dishes, cookware, utensils, cooking oil & spices

• Fresh linens, towels, and ample household supplies - no chintzy starter packs here!

Just bring your clothes, groceries, and favorite drinks—we’ve taken care of the rest.

🐾 PET FRIENDLY

We welcome well-behaved dogs because vacations are better with the whole family.

• Dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $100 pet fee.

• Larger hypoallergenic or non-shedding breeds may be considered—just ask.

We ask that pets are friendly, quiet and cleaned up after in the yard.

📍 IMPORTANT TO KNOW

We believe clear expectations create great vacations.

• Parking for 3 vehicles (occasionally 4 smaller vehicles.)

• The Oasis occupies one side of a duplex. You have your entire home and screened porch privately.

• Some outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the neighboring vacation rental, including:

* Saltwater plunge pool
* Kayaks
* Backyard with fire pit, dock, grill, and waterfront lounge
* Creekside hot tub (located in a private screened area under hosts home that is exclusive while you’re using it)

Creekside Oasis is one half of a thoughtfully designed duplex-style home. You’ll have exclusive use of your entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, including your private entrance, full kitchen, living areas, and screened back porch.

Other things to note
My partner and I live in the separate brown home on the property near the waterfront and are available if needed, while always respecting your privacy.
I believe the best hosting is giving guests the space to truly relax. You’ll have your privacy, while I’m just a message or phone call away if you need anything.

This is a quiet residential street set on beautiful Horsepen Creek. It’s mid island so it’s central to everything Tybee has to offer yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. About a 15 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach but just steps out your back door to the creek. Easily bikeable / walkable to anywhere on the island.
