The house, restored following the principles of bio-architecture, by a well-known Italian architect who is also the owner, is, suitable for lovers of art, tranquility, gardens and nature in general. To enhance the purity of the architectural lines of the house, the owner, a contemporary architect, opted for a modern, minimalist interior design getting more advantages: to appreciate the original building structure, to make the space comfortable and more spacious, to place inside, in absolute harmony, contemporary design furniture.
The result is a fascinating mix of old and contemporary.
The private and completely fenced in garden of 12,000 square meters, is well suited to accommodate up to a maximum of 300 people. The internal spaces of this wonderful villa may host an elegant wedding venue up to 100 people.

SIENA: known for the “Palio of Siena”, it is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. Situated in the centre of Italy through the Chianti Hills and the Maremma, Siena is a city rich in history, art and culture.
MONTEPULCIANO: is a dignified and interesting hilltop town commanding the southeast part of Tuscany near the Umbrian border. It is particularly well preserved and has many handsome palaces, including some by Antonio da Sangallo il Vecchio who also built the Tempio di San Biagio here.
PIENZA: is a small town of the Sienese, and it’s a rare example of Renaissance town planning. Pienza is defined the "ideal town", and it represents nowadays one of the most concrete method construction through which in Renaissance age they tried to realise a model of life and an ideal government on earth, working out an idea of town able to give concrete answers to the desire of civil, pacific and laborious coexistence between man.
MONTALCINO: in addition to its sleepy medieval streets and sun-soaked vineyards, Montalcino presents other sights such as the Piazza del Popolo (People's Square) and the Palazzo dei Priori (old Town Hall), as well as the medieval churches of San Fracesco, San Egidio and San Agostino. Montalcino is home to the famous Brunello wines of Tuscany.
CORTONA: Its magnificent views extend over the green plains and hills of Tuscany and Umbria, extending beyond the lovely Lake Trasimeno. Cortona is a pleasant destination for tourists exploring Tuscany and is filled with historic sites including two beautiful piazzas.
The site is easily accessible by car, train and plane; it is possible to book, with a supplementary charge, a shuttle service to and from train station in Chiusi and/or airport in Rome, Florence, Perugia.

In Arezzo (45 minutes drive), in June and September, you will enjoy “La Giostra del Saracino”, a fascinating historic competition between the knights of the various neighborhoods.
In Siena (50 minutes drive), in June and August, you will enjoy the famous “Palio di Siena”.
