Beautiful lakeside B&B next to bike path with lake access. The Woodside Room has a queen size bed and desk. It shares a full bathroom with one other guestroom. Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. Bike, swim, kayak, canoe or cross-country ski out the front door. Enjoy this idyllic setting and all it has to offer! Tranquil, private setting on beautiful Lake Memphremagog.

My home is located on a private, single lane, dirt road. During winter, the road is plowed and sanded but an AWD or snow tires are recommended. Light weight vehicles with only all-season tires have had difficulty navigating my small hill.
