  • Serena was a really helpfull and friendly person during our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy up. Everything you need were reachable within a short walk of five minutes e.g. Bakery…

We also had a car park space there. We would book there again.

  • We have enjoyed tha place a lot! Very comfortable for 2 persons, not far away from a city center and easily reachable by public transportation - around 20-30 min and you are there and its very quite comparing to noisy city center. The apartment was very clean and has everything for a smooth stay and cook there. Thanks, Serena for your hospitality and your space.

  • Serena's apartment is perfect if you are looking for a place to stay in Florence that is away from the main tourist areas. It is still very conveniently located however, being close to the new tram line.
The apartment itself is very nice, small but just right for a couple. A nice mix of modern with a dash of character and a great little kitchen. Very clean and tidy too.
Serena replied promptly to all our messages and was there to meet is with keys and instructions on our arrival.

  • Perfect for couples!
We had a fantastic 4 day stay at this beautiful apartment in Florence.
The location is not in a touristy area and thank god for that. No over priced tourist traps, the friendly local bars and restaurants in this quiet suburb are mainly frequented by locals which is great for an authentic Florence experience.
We were able to park our car very easily right next to the apartment, but we mostly caught the tram into the center of town, which also connects with the main train station in Florence.
The outdoor roof terrace is the true selling point of staying here, it overlooks a small park, and is a perfect setting for sharing a late night bottle of wine. Also there is a superb pizza takeaway and a whole foods/health store nearby too.
    Thanks Serena, bellissimo!

  • Séjour très agréable. Appartement confortable: le parking et la relative proximité du tramway sont de vrais points forts. Idéal pour ceux veulent aussi visiter Pise ou la région des Cinque Terre.

Very lovely stay. Comfortable flat - the parking and relative proximity of the tramway are key strengths. Ideal for those who want to also visit Pisa or the Cinque Terre region.

  • Serena's apartment is just as pictured - clean, cute and spacious. Serena herself is a thoughtful host (who even dropped a bottle of wine by!) and was very helpful with directions and suggestions of what to do in Florence. From the train station you take the tram (about 15 minutes) and then walk (about 15 minutes) to the apartment - so, a bit outside town, but a quick ride in. There are good grocery stores nearby (inCoop and iliopesca) which makes cooking at home easy. All in all, recommended!

  • The apartment is good and Serena is very helpful with all your questions. Getting to city centre takes some time though. First a 10 minute walk and then a 15 minute tram ride.
